The actress was featured in two episodes on Showtime's Weeds, starring Mary Louise Parker. The actress is known for playing Judy Kramer on Fox's 2005 Point Pleasant series and Marcy on Dawson's Run. As a character on the Guiding Light soap production, she was Marina Cooper. This role earned her an award nomination from the Soap Opera Digest magazine in 2003 for Outstanding Newcomer. Dollar appeared in ABC's Women's Murder Club as Cindy Thomas between 2007 and the year 2008. She also portrayed Happy Valley in the 2012 NBC Pilot that didn't get taken on.
